THIS SEASON: Senior Kathryn Karkut begins her second season as a member of the USC track team and will add depth to the team in the hurdles and long jump. 2011: Karkut had season bests of 15.92 in the 100m HH, 65.61 in the 400m IH and 15-7.75 (4.77m) in the long jump. BEFORE USC: Karkut attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA. She was a member of the track and field team. HIGH SCHOOL: Karkut is a graduate of Calvary Chapel High School PERSONAL: Kathryn was born on August 12, 1990 in Huntington Beach, CA...Both of her parents attended USC...She is majoring in Kinesiology.
