THIS SEASON: Taj Whitehead enters his second season at USC.
2024 SEASON:
• Scored four goals in his freshman season at USC
• Scored in three different games, setting his career high with a two-goal outing vs. Westcliff on Oct. 11
NATIONAL TEAMS:
• As a member of the U.S. Cadet National Team, competed at the 2022 FINA U16 World Championships
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2024 graduate of Palos Verdes High... Earned All-CIF honors as a senior... Named league MVP... Selected to Daily Breeze’s All-Area Second Team as a junior... Helped team reach CIF quarterfinals in 2021 and 2022... Also swam in high school, winning a CIF title in the 400 freestyle relay as a freshman... Played club for Trojan Water Polo.
PERSONAL: Whitehead is majoring in business administration and hopes to become a CEO... Parents are Jason and Sharon... Has one sister, Mackenzie, who plays water polo at UC Santa Barbara...
