• In a season shortened and delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, did not compete in 2020-21
• Earned MPSF All-Academic honors.
2019 SEASON:
• Did not compete in the 2019 season as a true freshman
HIGH SCHOOL: Vavic played water polo and swam all four years at Loyola High... Earned first team All-CIF honors as a senior... A two-time All-CIF third team pick... Also a two-time all-league first team selection... Played club for Trojan Water Polo.
PERSONAL: Vavic is majoring in business administration... Parents are Lisa and Jovan... Has one sister, Monica, and two brothers, Nikola and Marko... Monica, Nikola and Marko also played water polo at USC and were All-Americans and NCAA champions during their Trojan careers... Enjoys surfing in his free time... Lists his brother Nikola as his biggest sports hero... Hopes to travel to Fiji and Bali... Born Sept. 7, 2000.
