Dr. Susie Cognetta has been at SAAS since April 2006.

Susie received her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California. She has a Master’s in Counseling from Cal State University Dominguez Hills as well as her PPS credentials in School Psychology and School Counseling.

Susie graduated with a B.S. in General Studies with a minor in Spanish from USC where she earned a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a BCLAD in Spanish. During her undergraduate studies at USC Susie was also a member of the USC women’s soccer team. She competed with the Women’s Mexican National Soccer Team for 6 years and participated in the 1999 Women’s World Cup.
