THIS SEASON: Garrett Allen enters his third season of competition at USC.
2021 SEASON:
• Made USC debut on Sept. 12 vs Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
• Played in the second half vs. CMS, making five saves with three goals against
2020 SEASON:
• In a season shortened and delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, did not compete in 2020-21
• Earned MPSF All-Academic honors
2019 SEASON:
• Redshirted his first season at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: Allen was named 2018 Daily Breeze Boys Water Polo Player of the Year as a senior out of Mira Costa High, which was the 2018 CIF Division II runner-up... Also named to the 2018 CIF Division II first team... Scored the game-winning goal in the 2017 league championship game... Played club for Trojan Water Polo... An honor student.
PERSONAL: Allen is majoring in applied mathematics... Parents are Rebecca and Bradley... Has one sister, Cecelia... Enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends and surfing in his free time... Lists teammate Nic Porter as his biggest sports hero... Hopes to travel to Iceland, Costa Rica and Sweden... Born Aug. 14, 2000.
