Milos Skaljac enters his first season as an assistant coach for the USC men after serving as a volunteer assistant during the spring. He also serves as director of operations for the USC women. A native of Serbia, Skaljac played two seasons at Long Beach City College and two seasons at Concordia before joining the coaching ranks at Concordia. He later served as an assistant coach at UC Irvine in 2014 and then at Servite High School, Orange Lutheran and Vanguard.
He has also played an active role in the USA Water Polo Olympic Development program, and has served as head coach for Orange County Water Polo Club and the European Water Polo Academy.
As a player, Skaljac won two national championships at Concordia and was an All-American. He was named the state MVP while at Long Beach City College, winning two state titles there. He was a member of the Yugoslavian Cadet National Team from 1999-2005 and played for Red Star, one of the top European clubs, in Belgrade.
