Lindsay Jaffe is the Senior Associate Athletic Director – Sport Administration at USC Athletics, where she provides leadership and oversight for 11 teams, including men’s basketball baseball, lacrosse, soccer, cross country, men’s and women’s swimming & diving, men’s and women’s track & field, and men’s water polo. Jaffe plays a key role in goal setting, scheduling, performance management, and budget planning to drive competitive excellence. In her time as a sport administrator, USC has won three national championships, including Women’s Track & Field (2021), Women’s Water Polo (2021), and Men’s Indoor Track & Field (2025), as well as USC’s first Big Ten title (Women’s Soccer, 2024).
Since her arrival at USC, Jaffe has helped lead national searches for head coaches in multiple sports, including baseball, women’s cross country, men’s and women’s track & field, men’s and women’s swimming & diving, and women’s soccer, while assisting the Director of Athletics in contract negotiations. She helped develop USC’s sport administrator manual and implemented the annual Competitive Excellence analysis to evaluate recruiting, student-athlete development, and program performance.
A member of USC Athletics’ Senior Leadership and Executive Leadership teams, Jaffe has served on the Big Ten Transition Team, Performance Science Institute Team, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team, and Culture Champions Team. She is also USC’s Liaison to Title IX & EEO-TIX & Office of Professionalism and Ethics and played a role in USC’s COVID-19 response, as well as the capital development of the $38.4 million Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse Stadium.
Jaffe facilitates weekly sport performance meetings to enhance collaboration across coaching, athletic medicine, nutrition, sport psychology, and strength and conditioning, as well as a monthly professional development series for coaches. She also partnered with Team Impact to connect children facing serious illnesses with USC sport programs.
Before USC, Jaffe spent eight years at Cincinnati in various leadership roles, including Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Services and Director of Compliance & Student Services. In 2017, she received the Commitment Award from Women Leaders in College Sports.
A former soccer student-athlete at Appalachian State, Jaffe earned a degree in psychology before completing a Master of Education in Sport Administration at Nova Southeastern University. A graduate of Korn Ferry Leadership U for Humanity and the Women Leaders in Sports Leadership Enhancement Institute (2022), she continues to advocate for leadership development in collegiate athletics.
