THIS SEASON: Diver Robbie Taylor rejoined the Trojans in the spring of 2011 as a redshirt sophomore with hopes of being a dual-meet and postseason contributor.
2010: Taylor competed in the fall of 2009 before taking the spring semester off.
2009: Taylor redshirted as a 2009 true freshman while recovering from a neck injury.
HIGH SCHOOL: Taylor graduated from Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, Calif., where he was a four-time prep All-American and WCAL section title winner and won league diving titles as a junior and a senior ... Named the 2008 San Jose Mercury News Boys[apos] Diver of the Year ... A longtime competitive diver, Taylor was fourth on 3-meter and fifth on 1-meter at the 2008 Summer Junior Region 10 Championships and has finished as high at third at numerous USA junior events.
PERSONAL: He was born on May 25, 1990 ... Plans to study business.
