THIS SEASON: A 2008 sophomore, Patrick Foley will lend depth to USC[apos]s distance corps and can swim the fly as well.
2007: Foley competed in a handful of meets as a 2007 freshman, mainly as a distance freestyler. He set personal bests in the 500y free (4:45.82) and the 100y (52.97) and 200y fly (1:54.83).
HIGH SCHOOL: Foley prepped at Jesuit High in Portland, Ore., where he was two-time relay All-American.
PERSONAL: He was born on July 29, 1988.
CLUB: Multonmah Athletic Club.
