High School: Odgers prepped at Santa Margarita Catholic High where he reached the California state finals in 2018, taking 23rd in the 200 IM (1:53.40). He was also ninth in both the 100y breast and 200 IM at the 2018 CIF Southern Section finals … He finished first in the 100y breast (58.99) and 200y IM (1:52.47) at the 2018 Trinity League Championships ... Odgers, a 2018 Scholastic All-American, helped lead his team to a third consecutive California Catholic High Swim Invitational Championship title … USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.

Personal: Born September 25, 2000 to parents Emily and Stever Odgers, Jackson is majoring in mechanical engineering. Twin sister, Isabelle Odgers, is also a swimmer at USC. He is completing a physics minor and is beginning his master's in Product Development Engineering.

- Odgers continued to provide depth for the Trojans in the fly and IM events during his sophomore season, scoring twice at the 2021 Pac-12 Championships.
- At Pac-12’s Odgers was 15th in the 100y fly (47.75 / 47.83) and 16th in the 200y fly (1:46.41 / 1:46.50). He also swam in the 200y IM, where he finished 23rd (1:49.76 / 1:49.49).
- Against Cal (Jan. 30) Odgers was second in the 100y fly, posting a 48.39.
- Named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

- Provided depth for the Trojans chiefly in fly and IM as a 2020 sophomore, his first year on the team.
