Bio
THIS SEASON: Bakari Bolden, a 2016 freshman, is a homegrown product from Southern California who will continue to challenge for a spot in USC's starting lineup.
2015: Bolden saw action in one event for the Trojans as an individual player, tying for 42nd at the Southwestern Intercollegiate at 13-over 226 (74-76-76).
HIGH SCHOOL: Bolden attended Harvard-Westlake High in Studio City, Calif., where he earned first team All-Area honors in 2013 and second team All-Area honors in 2012. He was also the Mission League champion and the Wolverines' top player as a 2014 senior ... Among his junior highlights were a ninth place at the AGJA Junior at River Ridge in 2014 and landing in the top 10 twice in 2013, finishing second in the AGJA Junior at River Ridge, shooting a 143 (71-72), and ninth at the AJGA ClubCorp Mission Hills Desert Junior... Bolden also posted strong showings at the AJGA Junior at Centennial in 2013 and the Mission League Invitational in 2012, where he was named MVP.
PERSONAL: Bolden was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and is an economics major.
