Spencer Harris joined USC in April of 2019 as the director of player personnel.Â
Â
He spent 2017 and 2018 in a similar role at Fresno State.  Before that, he worked at Washington from 2012 to 2016, first as a student equipment manager in 2012, then as a recruiting specialist in 2014, head recruiting specialist in 2015 and assistant director of player personnel in 2016.Â
Â
He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington in 2015.Â
Â
He attended Rio Americano High in Sacramento (Calif.).
