Spencer Harris joined USC in April of 2019 as the director of player personnel.
He spent 2017 and 2018 in a similar role at Fresno State. Before that, he worked at Washington from 2012 to 2016, first as a student equipment manager in 2012, then as a recruiting specialist in 2014, head recruiting specialist in 2015 and assistant director of player personnel in 2016.
He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington in 2015.
He attended Rio Americano High in Sacramento (Calif.).
