Jon Blake joined the USC staff in March of 2020 as the director of football operations.Â
Â
He was a football operations staff assistant with the Miami Dolphins in the 2019 season.  Before that, he was a graduate assistant in football operations at Arkansas in the 2016 to 2018 seasons.Â
Â
He was a membership advisor with the Fayetteville (Ark.) Athletic Club in 2016-16 after serving in the video operations department with Arkansas’ football team in the 2014 season.  He worked in production at KNWA-TV and Fox 24 News in Fayetteville for 3 years (2011-14).Â
Â
He earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Arkansas in 2015, as well as master’s degrees in sports management (2017) and physical education teaching and coaching (2019) from there.Â

He played football at Har-Ber High in Springdale (Ark.).Â
