Outside of California and Texas, USC loves its Florida products: Leonard Williams, Buck Allen, Nickell Robey-Coleman, Mike Williams and more. The next in line from the Sunshine State is DL Jacob Lichtenstein out of Weston, FL (Cypress Bay HS). Lichtenstein, who made the 2016 Prep Star All-Southeast and All-State Class 8A second team, kicks off USC's 2017 Signing Day with a bang.
