Coming off the most humbling defeat in Coach Carroll's tenure at USC, the Trojans responded "magnificently" -- among several other flattering modifiers -- in Saturday's 28-7 victory, according to the head man.
"It was a great opportunity to show how you could bounce back," Carroll told his team during this afternoon's meeting. "You answered the call and handled it beautifully."
