Congdon a Groza semifinalist

Jordan Congdon has been named one of 20 semifinalists for the 2009 Lou Groza Award, given annually to the nation's best placekicker. Congdon, USC's scoring leader with 59 points so far this season, has made 10-of-13 field goals and is a perfect 29-for-29 on extra points.
