Are you mad? Are you angry? Are you upset?
Those were the questions Coach Carroll had for his team during this afternoon's team meeting, as the taste from last weekend's loss lingers but also drives the Trojans toward their chance for redemption on Saturday at Arizona State.
"There's nothing wrong with it," Carroll told his players, referring to the remaining emotion from last Saturday. "I'm feeling it, and I know you're feeling it too.
"The cool thing is, we get to do something about it."
Carroll finished out his brief yet passionate talk by calling on his players to focus on finishing practices, games and, most importantly, the season.
"It's about doing stuff right longer than the other guys," Carroll said. "And we have the opportunity to do that starting now."
