Time for bed

DUBLIN, Ohio -- Bed check is coming now for the Trojans, which is odd considering it's only 7:30 p.m. in L.A.

But in their when-in-Rome style, the team is simply following in line with their pre-game Friday tradition of a 10:30 p.m. bed check, no matter when kickoff is the next day or what time zone they're in. Also, it's been an exhausting and full day, so everyone is surely ready for some rest.

The players and coaches are in for a good night's sleep, as wake-up calls aren't arriving until 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Here's a look at the Trojans' minute-by-minute schedule for game day (all times Eastern):

9 a.m. - 12 p.m. • Breakfast
11:30 a.m. • Wake-up call
12 p.m. • Position group meetings
3:30 p.m. • Special teams meeting
3:45 p.m. • Offense/defense walk-thrus
4 p.m. • Pre-game meal
5:20 p.m. • Clap session
5:30 p.m. • Depart hotel
6:10 p.m. • Arrive at Ohio Stadium
6:59 p.m. • Warm-ups begin
7:26 p.m. • Stretch begins
7:48 p.m. • USC returns to locker room
8:05 p.m. • Trojans take the field
8:10 p.m. • Kickoff
