As is their ritual for every Wednesday at 8 a.m., the coaches are gathering now in the War Room for their weekly recruiting meeting, during which they'll watch film of prospects in the classes of 2010 and 2011.
"If you love football, you love recruiting!" Coach Carroll exclaimed as he rounded up his assistants for the meeting.
