Forms: - To register your child or group for the 2016 Holiday Gift Giveaway, check back for the Online Registration Form in November
- Our USC Kid's Corner program offers complimentary tickets for schools and community organization to all of our ticketed sporting events. To become eligible, fill out the Kid's Corner Registration Form
- The Trojan GEAR Initiative offers used sporting equipment to schools and community organizations. To be listed on our eligible recipients list, fill out the GEAR Request Form
- To request a pair of tickets or a memorabilia item for a charitable fundraiser, complete the Memorabilia/Donation Request Form
- Our department seeks to aid community efforts in any way possible. If you would like to be a recipient of one of our existing programs, or to request student-athlete involvement at your event, complete the Student-Athlete Project Request Form (coming soon!)
