The 2015 NFL season kicks off this weekend and 35 Trojans will be represented on active rosters. This number currently ranks USC third among colleges with Miami leading the nation (38 players) followed by LSU (36). The Trojans were second with the most players in the league in 2014 with 37 just slightly below LSU who led with 38.
Of note, several players also made practice squads including Hayes Pullard (Browns), George Uko (Broncos), Aundrey Walker (Dolphins) and Xavier Grimble (Steelers). Also worth pointing out, USC has several coaching connections in the NFL, highlighted by head coaches Jack Del Rio (Raiders), Jeff Fisher (Rams), Pete Carroll (Seahawks) and Chuck Pagano (Colts).
