Jackson was the point person on the John McKay Center construction, and now he is in the same position for the Heritage Hall renovation and the Uytengsu Aquatics Center. He is in his second stint at USC previously serving as the director of football administration during Pete Carroll's first 4 years (2001-04) at Troy.
