College football lost one of its most charismatic figures today with the passing of ESPN commentator Beano Cook.

Cook was always a huge fan of the USC Song Girls, and he made no secret of it.
"It's unfair that the USC Song Girls only appear at USC games," he said. "They are a national treasure. They should visit other teams across the country."
