Across the NCAA and here at Troy, the graduation success rate of student-athletes is on the rise. Since 2007, USC student-athletes have been graduating at a higher rate than the previous year.
2007 - 66%
2008 - 68%
2009 - 69%
2010 - 74%
2011 - 78%
2012 - 79%
The latest numbers are a reflection of student-athletes who started college from 2002-05, so women's lacrosse and sand volleyball were not considered.Â
USC men's golf, men's tennis, women's rowing, women's tennis and women's volleyball posted perfect graduation rates. Men's swimming and women's soccer were over 93% and two-thirds of the sports are over 80%.
