GULF SHORES, Ala. – No. 5 USC Beach Volleyball (29-12) fell in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Championship to No. 4 Florida State, 3-0, in Gulf Shores, Alabama, on Saturday, May 2.

In the No. 3 flight, Florida State's Kenzie Hultquist and Iane Henke put a point on the board with a straight-set victory over USC's Quincy Stephens and Kerry Keefe, 21-17, 21-18. The No. 5 spot saw Kyleene Filimaua and Saofe Duval from the Seminoles add another point, defeating Madison Goellner and Kaileigh Truslow of the Trojans, 21-19, 21-17.

At the top flight, Alexis Durish and Audrey Koenig from Florida St. secured their win in a three-set battle against Zoey Henson and Sarah Wood of the Trojans. After splitting the first two sets 19-21, 21-14, the Seminoles clinched the decisive set, 15-13.
