USC Track and Field Posts Strong Showing on First Day of DeLoss Dodds Invite

USC continues competition Saturday with five Trojans set to compete in the women’s long jump and triple jump.
MANHATTAN, Kan. – The USC Track and Field jumps squad traveled to Kansas State University to open competition at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational on Friday with action continuing into Saturday.
The Trojan men opened the meet with appearances in the men's long jump and high jump. Freshman Jackson Norris highlighted the day in the long jump, posting a personal-best mark of 7.40m to finish in sixth place. In the high jump, Elias Gerald cleared 2.14m, earning a ninth-place finish.
