USC Track and Field Dominates Long Jump on Final Day of DeLoss Dodds Invite

Three Trojans set personal records across the weekend
MANHATTAN, Kan. – The USC Track and Field jumps squad wrapped up the second and final day of action at Kansas State University with a win in women's long jump and two personal best performances in the triple jump.
Alyssa Hope brought home the victory in the women's long jump in her season debut with a best mark of 6.11m on her third attempt. Avery Lewis claimed second place with a strong 5.70m to open competition and besting the mark with a jump of 5.96m on her final attempt.
In the women's triple jump, Lauren Reed secured sixth place with an indoor personal best of 12.54m on her second attempt. Jada Foreman claimed eighth place at a mark of 12.28m, and Jada Gatlin followed right behind in ninth place with an indoor personal record of 12.05m.
The women followed up the men's success from Friday where Freshman Jackson Norris posted a personal-best mark of 7.40m in the men's long jump to finish in sixth place and Elias Gerald cleared 2.14m, earning a ninth-place finish in men's high jump.
