
USC's Catherine Park Tied For Fourth After Day Two at Big Ten Championships

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. – USC Women's Golf sits at seventh out of 18 teams place at ten-over par after two rounds of play at the Big Ten Conference Championships on Saturday, Apr. 19 at the Bulle Rock Golf Course.
The Trojans had counting scores of 72-72-73-75 (296) on day two. Michigan State is currently in first at two-under par, Oregon is in second, and Illinois is in third.
Junior Catherine Park finished the second round of the tournament dropping from second to tie for fourth, posting an even par (72). Park is now two-under-par heading into the final round. She had four birdies and four bogeys in the second round, bringing her tournament total to nine birdies and seven bogeys.
Sophomore Bailey Shoemaker also finished the second round in the top-10, tying for 9th. She also recorded an even par (72) with three birdies and three bogeys. Shoemaker has an even par overall.
Freshmen Kylie Chong is tied for 47th and Jasmine Koo is tied for 53rd after two rounds of play. Chong finished one-over-par with three birdies and four bogeys, making her six-over-par after two rounds. Koo finished five-over-par this round with one birdie and six bogeys, making her eight-over-par overall. Senior Xin (Cindy) Kou is tied for 67th after two rounds of play. She had three bogeys, posting a 75 (+3). She is 10-over-par overall.
The third and final round will begin Sunday, Apr. 20 5:30 a.m. PT/8:30 a.m. ET. at the Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Md.
