USC Baseball Celebrates Alumni Weekend at Great Park

IRVINE, Calif. -- The USC baseball team hosted its annual Alumni Game on Saturday (Feb. 1) at Great Park in Irvine, welcoming back a host of Trojan greats from the program's illustrious history.
Saturday included an "Old-Timers Game" to kick things off in the morning, followed by the recent alums facing the current Trojan squad in the afternoon. The event was free and open to the public, giving the entire Trojan Family a chance to celebrate a group of alums who built a tradition unrivaled in college baseball. USC owns 12 National Championships, more than any other program in the country, and has put more players in the MLB (119) than any school in the NCAA.
The event was held at USC's temporary home in Orange County due to ongoing construction of the new Dedeaux Field on the University Park campus. The new stadium is part of the $200 million Athletics West facilities project. It is scheduled to open for the start of the 2026 season.
