December 12, 2024 | Women's Soccer
LOS ANGELES – The USC women's soccer program announced another addition to their 2025 incoming class this week, welcoming graduate transfer Sophia Cavaliere from Columbia.
Cavaliere, a midfielder, will look to build on her impressive career at Columbia. During her four years there, she helped lead the Lions to four straight winning seasons, tallied 7 goals with 9 assists, and was named captain her senior season.
USC announced its incoming class last month, with the incoming Trojan freshmen ranked the No. 10 class in the nation. Cavaliere is the first transfer to join USC this offseason. The Trojans are coming off of a season in which they won a Big Ten Title and advanced to the Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.
