2025 USC Baseball Schedule Announced

LOS ANGELES – USC Baseball Head Coach Andy Stankiewicz announced the team's 2025 schedule this week as the Trojans open their first season as members of the Big Ten Conference.
USC will once again play the majority of its home games at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, Calif. while construction continues on Dedeaux Field. The Trojans will also play most midweek games at LMU's Page Stadium in Westchester. All USC home games will be free and open to the public this season.
The Trojans open the 2025 season at home in Irvine on Feb. 14 against George Washington and will make an early season road trip to Houston to play Rice (Feb. 21-23). USC will also host UConn and Vanderbilt in conjunction with UCLA (Feb. 28-March 2). The Trojans open Big Ten play at home when they host Oregon (March 7-9).
HOME SCHEDULE
The Trojans have 29 home games on the slate, with 24 set to be played at OC Great Park and five midweek contests scheduled at LMU.
USC hosts two full non-conference series at Great Park, welcoming George Washington (Feb. 14-16) to open the season and hosting Gonzaga (April 17-19) during the Big Ten bye week. The Trojans also host UConn (Feb. 28) and Vanderbilt (March 1) in Irvine, and have one midweek contest at Great Park when San Diego State comes to town (April 1).
USC will host five Big Ten opponents for series at Great Park, with Oregon (March 7-9), Nebraska (March 21-23), Ohio State (April 4-6), UCLA (May 2-4) and Michigan State (May 9-11).
The Trojans' five midweek contests at LMU will be against CSU Bakersfield (Feb. 19), UC Santa Barbara (March 4), UC Irvine (March 25), Hawaii (April 15) and CSUN (May 13).
All USC home games will be free and open to the public this season.
ROAD SCHEDULE
USC has 27 games on the road this season, with nine single road games and six road series. The Trojans play series at Rice (Feb. 21-23), Michigan (March 14-16), Indiana (March 28-30), Penn State (April 11-13), Minnesota (April 25-27) and Washington (May 15-17). USC's midweek road games will be at UC Irvine (Feb. 18), Cal State Fullerton (Feb. 25, March 11), Arizona State (March 18), LMU (April 8), Long Beach State (April 22), CSUN (April 29) and UC Santa Barbara (May 6). USC will also play UCLA (March 2) for a nonconference matchup to close out the weekend of hosting UConn and Vanderbilt at a site to be determined.
BIG TEN TOURNAMENT
The Big Ten hosts its annual baseball tournament at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb. The Tournament will run May 20-25, with the top eight teams in the conference standings making the tournament. The winner receives and automatic bid to the NCAA Postseason.
LAST SEASON
USC finished last season 31-28 overall and 17-12 in its final season of Pac-12 play. The Trojans were runners up at the Pac-12 Tournament, falling in the title game to Arizona. 2024 marked the second season under Head Coach Andy Stankiewicz, with the Trojans showing marked improvement once again. USC's 31 wins marked the first time since 2001-2002 that a Trojan team has posted back-to-back 30-win seasons, and the Trojans' second consecutive fourth place finish in the conference standings was the first back-to-back top four finish since 2014-15. USC posted six wins over ranked opponents and went 28-17 (.622) over its final 45 games of the season, including winning nine of its last 10 games.
DEDEAUX FIELD ENHANCEMENTS
USC baseball will receive an upgraded stadium with a capacity of around 2,500 once the project is completed in 2026. The stadium features include fan experience enhancements such as a variety of seating options, outdoor social spaces, an indoor hospitality space, multiple concession locations, expanded restrooms, a video board and an audio system. The stadium will also include a brand-new press box, coaching and support staff offices, and a team meeting space. An update on the project can be seen here.
OC GREAT PARK
OC Great Park, presented by UCI Health, is a 194-acre sports complex in Irvine, Calif. that features amenities for baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, soccer and more. The baseball & softball complex, opened in September 2018, includes 10 ball fields surrounding two championship stadiums. USC will occupy the championship baseball stadium during its temporary residency in Irvine. The stadium has a capacity of 1,000 fans and features a full press box and video board.
