USC Women’s Swimming and Diving Finishes 12th At NCAA Championships to Wrap 2023 Season

Trojans Nike Agunbiade, Isabelle Odgers reach A-finals.
The No. 12 ranked USC women's swimming and diving team finished 12th in the team standings as the 2023 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships concluded on Saturday, March 18 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
In the team standings, the Women of Troy finished 12th with 125 points. This marks the first time since 2019 that the Trojans have finished in the Top-15 and the 38th time in program history. Virginia captured their second consecutive NCAA team title, tallying 541.5 points.
USC fifth year Isabelle Odgers had a career best performance at NCAAs on Saturday, reaching the championship final in the 200y breaststroke. During her last race ever as a Trojan, Odgers clocked a 2:07.13 to finish eighth and earn All-America honors.
Also competing in the 200y breaststroke was junior Kaitlyn Dobler who finished seventh in the consolation final in 2:09.14.
In the women's platform competition, USC's Nike Agunbiade earned her second career All-America honors as she'd finish fifth with 323.85 points (an improvement from her sixth place finish in 2022). During prelims, Agunbiade was 8th with 277.80 points. Trojans Savannah Stocker (19th, 251.65) and Maddie Huitt (43rd, 200.00) also competed on tower.
The Women of Troy closed out the evening with an 11th place finish in the 400y freestyle relay as Anicka Delgado, Hanna Henderson, Elise Garcia and Hannah Kuchler combined to post a 3:13.88. The quartet won the second of four heats of relays to close out NCAAs.

During prelims Trojans Hanna Henderson (48.87) and Anicka Delgado (49.06) finished 42nd and 46th, respectively in the 100y freestyle.
Freshman Ashley McMillan was 51st in the 200y backstroke, clocking a 2:02.72.
In the 200y butterfly, freshman Justina Kozan was 38th in 1:57.00.
