No. 10 USC Women’s Swimming and Diving Suffers First Loss of Season at No. 11 Cal

The No. 10 USC women's swimming and diving team suffered it's first loss of the season to No. 11 Cal on the road on Friday (Jan. 27). Cal claimed the meet with only an 11 point margin of victory.
USC's Isabelle Odgers highlighted the Trojans efforts on Friday as she'd win a pair of events for Troy, capturing the 200y breaststroke (2:10.50) and 400y IM (4:14.75).
Other Trojan event winners included Marlene Kahler in the 1000y freestyle (9:59.56) and Kaitlyn Dobler in the 100y breaststroke (59.80).
USC would close out the meet with a win in the 200y free relay as Anicka Delgado, Hanna Henderson, Elise Garcia and Dobler would clock a 1:30.40.
USC's Nike Agunbiade and Lina Sculti tied for first on women's 1-meter with 307.40 points a piece, while Sculti would win the 3-meter competition outright with 342.25 points.
Next up the Trojans conclude their Bay Area trip with a visit to No. 3 Stanford for a 12 p.m. dual.
