USC's Tyreese Turner, Rhylan Thomas, Kyle Wisch Earn All-Pac-12 Baseball Recognition

LOS ANGELES – USC baseball's Tyresse Turner was named to the All-Pac-12 Team this week, while Rhylan Thomas and Kyle Wisch earned honorable mention on the All-Conference list. Thomas was also named to the Pac-12 All-Defensive Team.
It is the first postseason conference recognition for all three players.
Tyresse Turner (Second Base) – All-Pac-12
Turner finished the year with a .330 batting average, driving in 33 runs and scoring a team-high 40 while starting all but two games on the season at second base.. His 14 stolen bases on the year were the 5th most in the Pac-12 and his 15 doubles were 17th in the league. Turner also hit two triples and six homers to post a team-best .524 slugging percentage. The Trojan second-baseman has led the team in stolen bases each of the last three seasons, and has led the team in runs scored each of the last two years.
Rhylan Thomas (Outfield) – All-Pac-12 honorable mention, Pac-12 All-Defensive Team
Thomas shined both offensively and defensively for the Trojans this season, leading the team and finishing third in the conference with a .363 batting average, while also making countless highlight-reel catches in centerfield. Thomas' 81 hits this season were the third most in the Pac-12 and the most by a USC player since Bobby Stahel (92) in 2015. He was also the second toughest player in the Pac-12 to strike out this year, fanning just once every 13.1 at-bats. Thomas drove in 23 runs this season and scored 35, while hitting 10 doubles, one triple and two homers. He also stole eight bases.
Kyle Wisch (Relief Pitcher) – All-Pac-12 honorable mention
Wisch, who transferred to USC prior to the 2021 season, finished the year with the lowest ERA on the team in conference play at 3.63. He made 12 relief appearances in Pac-12 action giving up just 13 hits and seven earned runs, while striking out 21 batters and walking just seven. His 1.17 WHIP was tied for the lowest on the team in conference action. Pac-12 opponents hit just .203 against Wisch in 17.1 innings pitched.
