Baseball Puts Four on Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll

LOS ANGELES – The Pac-12 released its 2020 Spring Academic Honor Roll this week and four USC baseball players earned the honor.

Brady Shockey, Jason Starrels, John Thomas and Bart West all earned the academic honor. Any student-athlete on his or her respective team roster with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible to receive all-academic honors.

The 2020 Trojan baseball team had the highest jump in GPA of any USC athletics squad, posting a team GPA of 3.18 for the spring semester. For the spring alone, seven players had GPA's of 3.5 or better and 24 posted at least a 3.0.
