Trojans Open Spring Season Against iSaw All-Stars

IRVINE, Calif. -- The USC women's soccer team opened up spring exhibition play against the iSaw All-Stars on Saturday evening, falling 2-1 to the team of professional athletes.
Penelope Hocking scored the Trojans' lone goal in the 79th minute of the scrimmage. The event was set up to benefit iSaw Soccer's mission of equity in women's soccer as well as for cancer research. Several Trojan alums have featured prominently for the iSaw organization, including Ashley Nick, Katie Johnson, Samantha Johnson and Elizabeth Eddy.
USC continues its spring schedule at Cal State Bakersfield on March 7.
