Salma Ewing and Angela Kulikov Earn All-Pac-12 Honors

LOS ANGELES--Two Trojans from the USC women's tennis team have earned athletic honors from the Pac-12 Conference. Freshman Salma Ewing has been named to the All-Pac-12 Second Team and junior Angela Kulikov earned All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention.

Currently ranked No. 51 in the nation, freshman Salma Ewing holds a 19-11 record in singles with an 8-8 mark in dual-match play and went 5-3 in conference matches. Ewing's season was highlighted by seven victories over national ranked opponents recording three clinches for the Women of Troy. Ewing played from the No. 1 position all season.

Ewing will compete in the NCAA Singles Individual Championship in Orlando, Fla. at the USTA National Campus beginning on May 20 in the pursuit of an individual national title.

Junior Angela Kulikov earns her first Pac-12 Conference athletic honor by receiving placement on the Honorable Mention list. The No. 33 ranked Kulikov is 18-9 on the season, going 16-6 in dual matches and 6-2 in conference. She has recorded three clinches this season including USC's 4-1 upset over UCLA earlier in the season.

Kulikov will compete in the NCAA Doubles Championship in Orlando, Fla. with her partner Rianna Valdes. The Trojan duo enter the tournament as the No. 1 seed.
