Terry Named Pac-12 Women's Track Athlete Of The Week

Posts NCAA-leading 100m dash, anchors world-leading 4x100m relay
USC's TeeTee Terry was named the Pac-12 Women's Track Athlete of the Week for the week of April 22-28, it was announced by the Conference today (April 30).
The sophomore Terry won the women's 100m dash with an NCAA-leading 10.99 (+2.1w) at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on April 28. She also anchored USC's winning 4x100m relay which posted a time of 42.77 which ranks second on the Trojans' all-time list in the event, fourth on the Pac-12's all-time list and is the current world-leading time. The Miami native then placed second in the 200m dash with a season-best time of 22.95 (+0.4), the 10th-fastest wind-legal time this season.
It marks the second Pac-12 weekly award this season and fourth of her career for the Communications major with a minor in Forensics and Criminality.
USC's Athletes of the Week during the 2019 season have been: Angie Annelus (W-Track - April 23), Alyssa Brewer (W-Track: March 26), Chanel Brissett (W-Track: April 9), Matthew Katnik (M-Field: March 19 and March 26), Ayden Owens (M-Field - April 23), TeeTee Terry (W-Track: March 19, April 30).
