Souza Leads Trojan Women To Open Bruin Diving Invitational

Enos wins for USC men.
Senior Dashiell Enos won his sixth event of the season to lead the USC men's and women's divers on the first day of the Bruin Diving Invitational in Westwood on Friday (Jan. 12).
Enos won the 3-meter competition with a two-round score of 758.85, 18.30 ahead of second-place Johan Sandell of Hawaii.
Senior transfer Dylan Marin, who came to USC from Alabama, made his Trojan debut today, reaching the final and finishing eighth with 578.00.
Sophomore Carly Souza led the USC women on 1-meter in sixth with 557.20. Fellow sophomore Naomi Gowlett, in her first competition of the season after suffering a late-season injury as a freshman, took 16th (496.55) while junior Madi Witt was 20th (234.95) in prelims.
Action continues Saturday and Sunday, beginning at 10:30 a.m. each day.
