USC announced today that the 17th annual USC Rod Dedeaux Trojan Baseball Classic Golf Tournament to benefit the USC Baseball Program has been rescheduled for January 30, 2012 at Dove Canyon Country Club.
USC Baseball will honor former player and Coach Tom House as they start a fundraising campaign to establish an alumni locker room and lounge. A locker in honor of House will lead the long list of former Trojans that will be honored in creating an environment to welcome former players back to Dedeaux Field.
"We look forward to another great day with the Trojan family. This year's tournament is dedicated to updating Dedeaux Field and to building a 1st class locker room, which will assist aspiring Trojans to continue the major league legacy at USC," said USC head baseball coach Frank Cruz.
Former player Jacque Jones will be the Master of Ceremonies. The cost is $375 per person or $1500 for a foursome. Entry fee includes breakfast, BBQ lunch, tournament prize package valued over $150, golf with celebrity in each group, and awards dinner.
