LOS ANGELES -- Rivals.com released its latest Top 25 poll on Monday (March 5), ranking the USC baseball program at No. 21. It is the first time this season that USC (13-7) has been ranked in the Top 25.

Baseball America later in the day released its poll and slotted the Trojans at No. 20 in the rankings.

The Trojans have won six of their last seven games and are coming off a weekend sweep at Georgia. Boyd's World has rated USC as having the second-toughest schedule in the nation and the Trojans have won four straight series, including two against Top 25 opponents (San Diego and Tulane).

USC hosts UC Riverside on Tuesday (March 6) at 6 p.m. before a nonconference weekend series at Stanford (March 9-11).
