USC Selected Fourth In Pac-10 Preseason Coaches' Poll

LOS ANGELES -- The USC women's soccer team was selected fourth in the 2003 Pac-10 Conference preseason coaches' poll. Stanford, with six first-place votes, was selected first, followed by UCLA, Arizona State, USC, California, Washington, Washington State, Oregon State, Arizona and Oregon.
The Women of Troy return nine starters from last year's squad that reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament. USC will begin the 2003 regular season on Friday (Aug. 29) at Florida State.
