Women's Soccer Ranked No. 19 In Preseason NSCAA Poll

MISSION, Kan. -- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) released its 2001 preseason poll, listing USC as the No. 19 ranked team. USC is coming off its third straight NCAA Tournament appearance after a 14-6-2 record last year.

The Trojans will hold a scrimmage at Pepperdine on Saturday (Aug. 25) at 1 p.m. before opening the season in Provo, Utah, on Friday (Aug. 31) against BYU at 7 p.m. USC will then play Tennessee on Monday (Sept. 3) before its home opener against national power Nebraska on Sunday (Sept. 9) at the Coliseum at 1 p.m.
