Women's Soccer Completes Perfect Tour With 2-0 Shutout

BRUSSELS, Belgium -- Freshman Megan Abbamonto (Mission Viejo/Capistrano Valley HS) scored both goals as the USC women's soccer team recorded a 2-0 win Monday over RSV Anderlecht, in the final exhibition game for the Trojans. USC outshot RSV Anderlecht by a 23-3 margin. The Women of Troy went 4-0 during the tour and outscored their opponents by a 16-3 margin.
The Trojans will return home Tuesday and open the 2000 regular season on Sunday, August 27 at UC Irvine, beginning at 1 p.m.
