Carla Hayden enters her eighth year as director of operations for USC women’s soccer heading into the 2021 season.
Hayden handles day-to-day management of program logistics, coordinates team travel, manages team budget, maintains the daily schedule for the program, handles equipment ordering and serves as a liaison to other departments within USC athletics.
A graduate of Washington State University, Hayden spent three and a half years working in event and facility operations for the Cougars following her graduation in 2010. She was hired by head coach Keidane McAlpine in 2013 when he took the USC job after also being at Washington State the two seasons prior.
Hayden earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management, with a minor in Spanish, from Washington State, graduating cum laude. She originally hails from Maple Valley, Wash.
