Morgan Dunville joined USC Athletics in summer 2024 to oversee the operational logistics for five USC programs — men's and women's golf, women's rowing and men's and women's tennis. Her role as director of operations for those programs includes booking flights/travel, budget management, submitting coaches expense reports and assisting with official visits.
Before coming to USC, Dunville served as event manager at Washington State in 2023-24. Her sport assignments at WSU were women's basketball, men's and women's golf and baseball, and she also oversaw security on football game days.
Dunville earned a master's degree in business administration with emphasis in sports business from Oregon in 2023. While at Oregon, she worked in event management for women's lacrosse, baseball, women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, acrobatics & tumbling. She also work with football in 2021 as a graduate student.
Dunville received her undergraduate degree from San Diego State in 2021, earning a bachelor's business management with emphasis in human resource management. As a student, she also worked with the Aztec football program for four seasons in the football coaches video department while. A California native, Dunville was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley.
