Skylar Phan, the director of recruiting strategy, enters her second season at USC.

Phan served as director of on-campus recruiting at the University of Houston from August 2022 to March 2023. Their responsibilities included organizing official visits, coordinating compliance paperwork, managing coaches' travel, and supervising student interns.

From March 2023 to August 2023, Phan held a similar position at the University of North Texas, overseeing recruiting events, hosting recruits and families, and developing an intern program.

As an undergraduate student, Phan was a football recruiting and operations assistant at Texas and assisted with recruiting events, creating itineraries and managing an internship program.

In 2022, Phan interned with the Las Vegas Raiders as a football operations assistant, booking travel, managing itineraries, and assisting with onboarding.

Phan graduated from Texas in May 2022 with a B.S. in Sports Management and a B.A. in Theatre and Dance, Dance Choreography.
