Radmen Niven enters his fourth season as Executive Director of Football Marketing and Branding. He joined the USC staff in January of 2022.

He was director of football content at Oklahoma in 2021.

Before that, he spent 3 seasons (2018-20) as creative director for football at Arizona State.

He spent the spring of 2018 as a player personnel/video coordinator graduate assistant at Western Illinois.

In 2017, he was an assistant director of football operation, recruiting coordinator and graphic design/social media coordinator at Texas Wesleyan.

In the spring of 2017, he was a recruiting/operations assistant at Northern Colorado.

He was an offensive lineman at Northern Colorado (2014-16) after playing at Rochester (Minn.) Community and Technical College.

He received his bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice in 2015 and a master’s degree in sports and exercise science in 2017, both from Northern Colorado.

He played football and rugby at Washburn High in Minneapolis (Minn.).  The rugby team won the 2010 and 2011 state championships.

He was born on June 27, 1994.
