Geno Velasco enters his second season as director of cinematography and post production. He joined the USC staff in March of 2022.
He spent the 2021 season as director of creative video at Nebraska after spending the spring of 2021 as Missouri’s assistant director of creative video.
He was a creative content assistant at Troy in 2020.
During the 2019-20 season, he was a creative video intern for all athletic teams at Bowling Green State, his alma mater. He also served as a student video coordinator with the Falcons’ football team during that time. He was a social media content producer for Bowling Green State’s men’s basketball team during the 2018-19 season.
Also during 2018 and 2019, he was a video production intern for global eye care company Alcon and did video work for online degree program firm Academic Partnerships.
He received his bachelor’s degree in media production and studies from Bowling Green State in 2020.
