Armond Hawkins Jr. was named director of high school relations for USC football in February of 2020.

He was a defensive back at Idaho from 2014 to 2017. He made 129 career tackles, including 8 for losses, plus 2 interceptions, 9 deflections, 5 fumble recoveries and 3 forced fumbles while starting 18 of the44 games he played.

He received his bachelor’s degree in public relations from Idaho in 2017.

He prepped at Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) High.

His brother, Chris, was a USC defensive back (2014-17) and graduate assistant coach (2019) who now is an assistant coach at Arizona State.
